Location: Wigan
Pay rate (Assignment rate): £35 - £42 per hour
Contract Length: 3-Months, with potential for an extension
Shift Pattern: 37 hours per week
Requirements for the Senior/Principal Planner role:
- An experienced and degree qualified Development Management Senior Planner that can come into the Team and hit the ground running with a mix of new and old minor and householder applications
- This will not involve any Major applications, but candidates with experience of dealing with Majors would be welcomed
- Candidates will be required to have worked at this level previously, within a Local Planning Authority
