Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Band 8a Senior Clinical Psychologist to work based in St Albans.
The pay rate for this locum Band 8a Senior Clinical Psychologist job is £33 per hour (assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Main duties:
- Provide a qualified highly specialist community clinical psychology service to children and young people with learning disabilities and/or an autistic spectrum disorder who present with challenging behaviour, toileting, feeding and/or sleeping concerns and/or mental health difficulties, and to their families across all sectors of care
- Provide highly developed specialist psychological assessments of clients referred to PALMS based upon appropriate use, interpretation and integration of complex data from a variety of sources including semi-structured interviews with clients, family members and others involved in the clients care, psychological and neuropsychological teats, self-reports measures, rating scales and direct & indirect structured observations
Requirements of the Psychologist:
- HCPC registered psychologist
- Relevant qualification
- Recent psychology experience
- Must have Full Driving Licence and access to a car for business purposes
