We are seeking an experienced interventional Cardiac Physiologist to join our prestigious Cath Lab team. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary Cardiology team, you will work closely with Consultant Cardiologists to deliver a comprehensive range of invasive and non-invasive cardiac investigations and procedures.
This role offers 19 hours per week, with flexible working hours on a rota basis from Monday - Friday.
Role Responsibilities:
- Contribute to inpatient and outpatient services within the cardiac interventional suite, including Angiography, PCI’s, Pacing, and EP.
- Assist the Lead Interventional Suite Physiologist in the day-to-day management of services.
- Coordinate staff allocation within the cardiorespiratory department.
- Support training and development initiatives for departmental staff.
- Maintain continuous professional development.
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Qualified Physiologist (BSc or equivalent).
- Post-qualification experience in a Cardiac Interventional Suite.
- Demonstrated continuous professional development.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in EP.
- Practical experience in change management.
