Location: Haringey. Hybrid working, but includes site inspections within Haringey.
Pay rate (Assignment rate): £42 per hour (negotiable - depending on experience)
Contract Length: 3-Months
Shift Pattern: 36 hours per week. Hours could be flexible.
Requirements for the Senior Building Control Surveyor role:
- Own transport required
- Local Authority Building Control experience preferred
- Achieved or working towards BSR registration (Class 2)
- Ability to carry out the full range of duties i.e. Plan checking and site inspections
- Standard DBS required
