The salary for this permanent Digital Pathology & Quality Manager job is £42,000 - £50,000 per annum.

Main Duties:
- Collaborate with key partners to implement aspects of the digital strategy. This includes:
- Development and maintenance of the scanning service
- Training others on digital processes
- Monitoring the quality of scanned reports
- Ensure policy and procedural documents are established to meet accreditation requirements
- Work closely with the Technical Services Manager to maintain the quality of client reports and provide support during inquiries and audits
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of a new Laboratory at St Ives.
- Support the training program within the organization to enhance staff development.
- Draft documents and reports, summarise issue statuses, evaluate outcomes, and provide progress reports to the Backlogs Management Team.
Requirements of the Digital Pathology & Quality Manager:
- Possession of a postgraduate level qualification equivalent to an MSc in Cell Pathology
- Active HCPC registration
- Demonstrated experience in a diagnostic Cell Pathology laboratory
- Exceptional communication skills
