Requirements of the Nurse:
- Qualified Nurse with at least 2 years Operating room experience.
- Respect for local customs, traditions, and laws.
- Be willing to relocate to Kuwait and undertake the relevant compliance and onboarding.
Job Duties:
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety, surgical site sterility, and adherence to surgical protocols.
- Prepare operating rooms and sterile equipment, instruments, and supplies for surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, anticipating their needs, and providing support as necessary.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and responses to anesthesia, intervening promptly to maintain stability.
- Educate patients and families on pre-operative and post-operative care instructions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures, nursing assessments, and patient outcomes.
