Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) for a full-time permanent position in Coventry. The successful candidate will work at a mental health rehabilitation and recovery service for adults. The facility comprises three wards catering to different patient demographics and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively within a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to deliver prescribed nursing care effectively.
  • Ensure the safety of the care environment and uphold professional accountability.
  • Implement interventions with a patient-centered approach, encouraging collaboration in decision-making and prioritising the least restrictive methods.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Qualified Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) or in the final stages of nursing degree/masters.
  • Familiarity with NMC guidelines and professional practices.
  • Post-registration continuing professional development is desirable.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude towards change, improvement, and quality.
  • Exhibit flexibility and innovation in practice.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Enhancements:

  • 25% additional pay for overtime hours Monday – Friday
  • 50% additional pay for overtime hours on weekends
  • 100% additional pay for Bank Holiday hours
