Sanctuary Personanel is looking for an experienced and dedicated Project Officer to join our team in West Berkshire.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the co-ordination of projects relating to Delivering Better Value (DBV) for SEND in West Berkshire. Leading a co-produced Banding Review of the High Needs Block, Gap analysis and refresh of the Local Offer.
The rate of pay for this role is £28+ P/H.
Responsibilities:
- Report on all aspects of the Delivering Better Value projects to a variety of audiences.
- Assist the DBV Programme Manager coordinating the provision of professional advice and
guidance to partner agencies, managers and staff in relation to DBV and other relevant projects.
- Support the co-produce a GAP analysis of SEND provision to inform future commissioning and service development.
- Comply with WBC health and safety policies, procedures, and rules, taking reasonable care of self and others.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with other organisations and partners in the local area
- Contributing to the development and delivery of new projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role delivering SEN realted projects.
- Management qulification or equivalent level of Knowledge gained from relevant work experience.
- Ability to work flexibly, including some evening and weekend work, to meet the needs of service users
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
