Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Band 6 Prison Registered Mental Health Nurse to work full-time within a Prison based in Nottinghamshire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of prison nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum Prison Registered Mental Health Nurse job is £30 per hour (Assignment rate) and this role is a 3-month contract.
Summary:
- As postholder of this role you will be joining the mental health team to complete initial screenings and assessments.
- To hold their own patient caseload.
- To support other members of the team.
- Administering injectable medicines.
Requirements of the Prison Registered Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in general nursing
- Current NMC registration
- Must have prison clearance and experience
- Will need to be able to use System One
- Must have current security clearances
