Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Practice Manager to work full-time within the Safeguarding Governance Team, based in Newham.
The pay rate for this locum Practice Manager job is £39.00 - £42.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Assist in the delivery of robust quality systems that will drive up standards for safeguarding practice across the Newham partnership
- Developing, implementing and monitoring policy and practice to ensure safeguarding work is Care Act compliant and in line with the principles of Making Safeguarding Personal
- Operational safeguarding work in relation to largescale organisational concerns and host borough responsibilities
Requirements of the Practice Manager:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Experience working in a similar role
