Job Title: Paediatric Site Practitioner (PSP)

Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Paediatric Site Practitioner to join our client's team in London. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and management of acutely unwell and deteriorating paediatric patients on the wards.
- Participate in the escalation process to HDU/PICU when necessary.
- Contribute to the PICU step-down process and surveillance of patients.
- Act as a key member of the Clinical Emergency Team and support with bed allocation.
- Maintain a highly visible clinical presence, acting as a role model with advanced nursing skills.
- Collaborate with the Paediatric Hospital at Night Team for out-of-hours patient care.
- Work closely with the Lead Paediatric Site Practitioner and Head of Clinical Operations.
What You'll Bring:
- NMC RN Child registration.
- HDU/Critical Care experience.
- Paediatric Physical Assessment Skills.
- Current APLS/EPALS provider.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD), e.g., Professional Portfolio.
