Sanctuary Personnel is currently recruiting for a reputable private hospital located in Caterham, known for delivering high-quality healthcare treatments and services. Established in 1974, the hospital boasts 15 bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a daycase suite, and cutting-edge medical technology for a wide range of treatments and services. Specialising in orthopaedic procedures such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacements, the hospital also caters to minor operations, endoscopy, cataract removal, ENT procedures, hernia repair, varicose vein surgery, hysterectomy, prostate surgery, and urological procedures.
The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Orthopaedic Scrub Theatre Practitioner to join our dedicated team, committed to delivering exceptional clinical outcomes in a supportive environment where your skills and expertise will be valued. The salary for this role is £41,500 - £45,500 per annum. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of care and services. Supported by one of the UK’s largest private healthcare groups, continuous development opportunities and sponsorship for additional post-graduate and learning courses will be provided.
What You Will Bring:
- Current NMC/HCPC registration
- Orthopaedic scrub experience
- Surgical First Assistant (advantageous)
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team or independently
- Flexible and positive attitude
- Warm, considerate, and empathetic character
- Previous experience within a theatre team
