Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary planned care for patients requiring perioperative intervention while managing a team.
- Ensure effective patient care by providing appropriate clinical and managerial leadership, maximising theatre utilisation.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain high standards of patient care through excellent communication and organisational skills.
Requirements:
- HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner or NMC registered Nurse.
- Experience working in teams with strong leadership skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
