Shift Pattern: Full time. 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Saturday. Shifts: Earlies (07:00 am - 15:00 pm) and Lates (13:00 pm - 21:00 pm)
Salary: £34,100 - £41,527 per annum
Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated ODP to join the esteemed Theatre team in London, renowned for its "Outstanding" rating by the CQC. Situated in the heart of London, our hospital is part of a leading private healthcare company with over 50 years of experience.
The hospital boasts a state-of-the-art facility with 10 operating theatres, offering a diverse range of surgeries including Cardiac, Ortho, Liver, Neuro, Urology, Spinal, and General procedures. The postholder will fully participate as a team member within the Theatre suite, collaborating across all areas and sharing expertise to foster a cohesive team environment and achieve collective goals.
Essential Requirements:
Current HCPC/NMC Registration
Postgraduate experience in Theatres
Minimum of 12 months' Surgical (scrub) experience
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to inspire others
