Sanctuary Personnel, a dedicated and award-winning recruitment agency with a TrustPilot score of 4.8/5 and over 500+ reviews is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Theatre Practitioner/Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to work in Manchester on a full-time basis.
The salary for this permanent Theatre Practitioner/ODP job is up to £36,000 per annum + 4% shift allowance.
Shift Pattern:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday - Saturday
- 07:30 am - 18:00 pm; 10:00 am - 20:00 pm; 12:00 pm - 21:00 pm
Duties:
- Deliver a consistently high standard of patient care utilising evidence-based practice
- Assessing, planning, delivering and evaluation of all aspect of patient care
- Prepare patients and aid with clinical/operative procedures
- Participate fully as a team member, including working in all areas of the theatre suite, sharing knowledge and information and supporting colleagues, to promote a cohesive team and the achievement of team objectives
Requirements of the Theatre Practitioner/ODP:
- Operating Department Practitioner/Registered Nurse qualified
- Post graduate experience in Theatres
- Current HCPC/NMC Registration
- Anaesthetics experience
- Completed anaesthetics course is ideal
