Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6/7 Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist to work full-time in Sandwell within the Community Adult Service. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist job is £24.61 - £28.93 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract. Hours of work mon-fri 8-4 or 10-6 with the occasional 12-8 shift (degree of flexibility is required).
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist
- Previous NHS experience
- Community experience to include rehabilitation, community rapid response (admission avoidance), care homes, intermediate care, falls and t&o, neurology.
- Must be a car driver
