Location: Gloucester
Contract Type: Ongoing, full time
Pay Rate: £26 per hour (assignment rate)

Duties of the Occupational Therapist:
- Work in the community to promote effective and timely discharges from assessment bed units and assess people in their own home across the county. This will include assisting with any physiotherapy needs and supporting with ordering any equipment required.
- Create, review and amend patient centered goal plans, thus enabling independence and improvements in quality of life.
- May be some aspects of bed management and coordination within the position.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Recent experience working as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience
- Registered with the HCPC
