The starting salary for Newly Qualified Staff Nurses is £27,055 per annum for the initial 12 months.

About the Role
As a valued member of our team, you'll contribute to maintaining our Outstanding CQC status. We offer opportunities for skill development across various clinical specialisms through on-site training. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional patient care while upholding their dignity and advocating for their needs.
- Ensuring the safety and efficiency of care areas, including proper management of medications.
- Assisting with post-operative care and accurate data recording.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Skills and Experience Required
- Registered Nurse with significant post-registration experience.
- ILS training or willingness to undergo training.
- Proficiency in basic Phlebotomy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competency in MS Office Suite and web-based reporting systems.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical conduct.
