The starting salary for Newly Qualified Staff Nurses is £27,055 per annum for the initial 12 months.

About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you'll contribute to maintaining our Outstanding CQC status. We offer opportunities for skill development across various clinical specialisms through on-site training. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional patient care while upholding their dignity and advocating for their needs.
  • Ensuring the safety and efficiency of care areas, including proper management of medications.
  • Assisting with post-operative care and accurate data recording.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Registered Nurse with significant post-registration experience.
  • ILS training or willingness to undergo training.
  • Proficiency in basic Phlebotomy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competency in MS Office Suite and web-based reporting systems.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical conduct.
