Location: Perth
Type: Permanent
Salary: £36,500 - £48,000 per annum

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist to join a well-established clinic based in beautiful Perthshire, Scotland. This clinic, which offers a comprehensive range of services including Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Women's Health, Running gait analysis, Strength and Conditioning classes, and Pilates Classes, is looking for a dedicated individual to fill the following role.

Duties:

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy and will collaborate closely with the Clinic Physiotherapy Director in developing new services. They will be expected to take ownership of leading these services once established. We are seeking someone with a strong passion for the field and the motivation to potentially progress to a Partner role as the business continues to expand.

Working closely with other Physiotherapists, the successful candidate will deliver high standards of patient care, demonstrating professionalism and excellent time management skills. Autonomy and confidence in treating a variety of conditions independently are crucial, as you will often serve as the first point of contact for patients. Additionally, you must be comfortable working within your scope of practice and referring patients to other healthcare professionals when necessary.

Attendance and contribution to regular in-house CPD training programs are expected, with opportunities for financial support for external courses under the manager's discretion. Professional objectives will be set annually, with quarterly meetings with your line manager to review progress. Remuneration will increase based on achievements.

Occasionally, duties may involve providing pitch-side first aid or working at outdoor sporting events, with full training provided. A full UK driving license is required due to the possibility of home visits, although access to a company car or reimbursement for travel using your own vehicle is available.

The standard working day is 7.5 hours for full-time positions, with flexible start and finish times to accommodate personal commitments. Opportunities for compressed working weeks or part-time hours covering evenings and weekends are also available. The clinic caters to a diverse range of service users, ensuring an exciting and varied MSK workload.

Requirements:

Minimum requirements include a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience, with a significant portion in MSK outpatients or private practice. Chartered HCPC registration is essential, along with a broad range of manual skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor. Excellent communication, time management, and punctuality are essential, as is an evidence-based approach to treatment and rehabilitation. An understanding of strength & conditioning and rehab protocols is also important.

Desirable skills include experience in Pilates and Sports Massage, as well as leadership and management experience. Additional training will be provided as needed.

Benefits:

Benefits include pension, funding towards external courses, private health cover, sick pay, life insurance, and fully funded annual staff events.
