Sanctuary Personnel, a dedicated and award-winning recruitment agency with a TrustPilot score of 4.8/5 and over 500+ reviews is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Mental Health Occupational Therapist to work in Annesley, Nottingham on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week).

The salary for this permanent Mental Health Occupational Therapist job is £26,500 - £36,000 per annum.

Duties:

  • Support patients using evidence based and patient centric principals to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions, which provide patients with the confidence, skills and coping strategies required for independent living
  • Have input into designing, adapting and implementing the therapeutic timetables on the wards, as well as conducting 1:1 assessments
  • Working as part of an experienced occupational therapy team (Lead OT and 2 OTA's) and the wider team

Requirements of the Mental Health Occupational Therapist:

  • An enthusiastic occupational therapist to work within our service, supporting the needs of individuals with a range of mental health conditions
  • Have experience working with mental health (placement experience acceptable), and be qualified with a BSc Hons in Occupational Therapy in addition to being HCPC Registered
  • Willing to undertake a DBS check
