Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Learning and Development Team Manager to fill a full-time role within an Adults' Services based in Merton.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £40 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3 month contract. As post holder you will be managing a Learning Disabilities Integrated Team.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
- Experience of managing a team of health and social care staff.
- Some knowledge of transitions from childhood to adulthood.
- Must be able to work full time.
- Must be able to start before the 22nd June 2020.
- Period of employment no less than six months.
- They should be willing to be registered with CQC as manager of the health component of the team.
- Budget management experience.
