Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for an IT Business Analyst to work based in Slough.

This pay rate for this locum IT Business Analyst role is £350 per day (ltd) and has an initial 2-month contract.

Main duties:

  • Engage with the business and lead/facilitate business and technical workshops to determine the most appropriate changes to processes and systems to create new, value for money, effective and efficient ways of working
  • Lead on the creation of business case/requirement specifications and their translation into detailed technical and project commissioning specifications
  • Participate in projects, providing clarification and support where required
  • Eliciting, reviewing, defining and documenting business requirements
  • Facilitating workshops to elicit and prioritise requirements
  • Documenting the as-is and to be business processes
  • Assisting with User Acceptance Testing (writing test scripts)
  • Creating CRM processes using Jadu CXM
  • Project management activities and post project reviews

Requirements of the IT Business Analyst:

  • Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience in a Business Analysis role within local government
  • Proven experience in business analysis methods/techniques
