Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and plan interventions for service users.
- Diagnose and manage individual needs, integrating various treatment methods.
- Review and adjust treatment plans, prescribing medication as appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with service users, carers, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organisational policies.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance the quality of healthcare delivery.
Person Specification:
- Qualified pharmacist or first-level registered nurse with relevant experience.
- Current NMC or GPhC registration required
- Qualified Non-Medical Prescriber.
- Experience in substance misuse treatment and project development preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
- Full driving license and access to transport preferred.
