The salary for this permanent Homecare Nurse job is £29,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependant on experience).

Shift Pattern:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Full time
Duties:
- Deliver gold standard, one to one, holistic care in the comfort of the patient’s home
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering one to one care in line with the patient’s needs, whilst maintaining professional standards and following the relevant care plan
- Deliver effective and high quality nursing care to patients in a home environment to facilitate early supported transfer from hospital or to prevent unnecessary admission
- Building lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders and patient support networks to aide and support patients treatment and recovery
- Accurately document all patient care and clinical observations to provide real time data to assist with long-term goals of the business and the patient
Requirements of the Homecare Nurse:
- A qualified registered general nurse who is talented and patient focused
- As this is a regional role travelling to visit patients in their home setting, it is crucial that you have full UK driving licence
- Experience in the care of IV devices and administration of IV therapies
- Experience of undertaking holistic clinical assessments
- Experience in complex wound care and wound dressings
