Hours: 37.5 hours per week, full-time
Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist to join the Acute Services Team in a state-of-the-art hospital environment in Belgravia. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a dynamic therapies team dedicated to supporting patients in a 40-bed neurorehabilitation unit, equipped with two dedicated therapy gyms and cutting-edge technology, including robotic equipment and advanced exoskeletons.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in operational management, delivering advanced occupational therapy to neurosciences patients.
- Provide clinical expertise in occupational therapy management to the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT).
- Educate and train colleagues on neurological care, occupational therapy, and rehabilitation.
- Take a proactive lead in utilising routine outcome measures to enhance patient care.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant Allied Health Professions (AHP) area.
- Post-graduation experience and training in neurorehabilitation and neurosurgery.
- Evidence of training/experience in appraisal and supervision of therapists/students.
- Continuous professional/academic development relevant to the clinical field.
- Current registration with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
