Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for an Educational Psychologist to work remotely based in Cornwall.
The pay rate for this locum Educational Psychologist is £500 per day (assignment rate) and has an initial 3-month contract.
Main duties:
- Using a range of assessment materials that can be delivered virtually
- Carry out remote observations
- Meet with parents/carers, children and young people, school and setting staff, and other involved professionals through the use of video conferencing platforms such as Teams or Zoom
- Use the EHC assessment templates supplied by Cornwall Educational Psychology Service and work to specified time scales. This will be commissioned per assessment.
- Reporting to Senior Educational Psychologist who will be the conduit through which work is assigned, will be your key point of contact and will be able to direct you to relevant support services, e.g. business administration
Requirements of the Educational Psychologist:
- HCPC registered psychologist
- Relevant qualification
- Recent psychology experience
