Sanctuary Personnel, a dedicated and award-winning recruitment agency with a TrustPilot score of 4.8/5 and over 500+ reviews is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Counselling/Clinical Psychologist to work in Woking on a full-time basis. The postholder will provide both individual and group therapy for adults and to provide supervision for colleagues.

The salary for this permanent Counselling/Clinical Psychologist job is £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on specialisms and experience).

Shift Pattern:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • May consider part time hours
  • Some bank holiday working

Requirements of the Counselling/Clinical Psychologist:

  • HCPC Registered
  • Substantial experience of working in acute mental health, to include experience with EUPD
  • Experience of facilitating group therapies
  • Training and clinical experience in CBT
  • Desirable: Specific training and experience in providing both group and individual supervision; trauma therapy training and experience; training and experience in third wave therapies e.g. schema therapy, mindfulness based cognitive therapy or ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy)
  • Desirable: Training and experience working with health anxiety/chronic health issues, eating disorders and/or addiction; CAT
  • Desirable: Training and clinical experience in DBT
