Community Mental Health Nurse Pay Rate: £25 -£26 per hour (assignment rate)
Location: Bolton, Manchester
Contract Type: Locum 6 month contract

Duties of the Community Mental Health Nurse:
- To manage a defined caseload of clients within the Community Mental Health Team with complex physical and mental health needs in the community, using evidence base/client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions and record all interventions, and in line with relevant clinical pathway (functional or organic) as outlined within the CMHT operational Procedure.
Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Experience working as a Community Psychiatric Nurse
- NMC Registration
- Experience working in an NHS setting
