Seven Resourcing are looking for a Criminal Litigation Lawyer to work on an interim basis with Bristol City Council for an initial period of 6 months.
37 Hours Per Week
£43.12 Per Hour (PAYE) or £55 Per Hour (Umbrella)
Will need to be able to travel to Bristol Magistrates Court BS1 3NU and Bristol City Hall BS1 5TR when required 1-2 times a week. Home working when not at these locations.
We are looking for a Criminal Solicitor with Trading Standards Experience.
The Job-
Cover a prosecution caseload
Will need to cover Licencing, Committee and Regulatory aspects
Work in Bristol Magistrates court as well as Bristol City Hall.
Applicant Requirements-
Qualification to practice as a Solicitor, Barrister or FCILEx
Local Authority Experience
Experience in Magistrates Court
Knowledge in one of the following areas – Litigation, Regulatory, Community (Adult Community Care, Housing, Antisocial Behaviour, Education)
Knowledge of Local Government Law and law in relation to the practice area
Experience in the provision of legal advice to a local authority.
