Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a dedicated Band 8 Clinical Psychologist to work part-time in St Aubyn Centre, Essex.
The pay rate for this locum Psychologist job is up to £33 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Job Summary:
- The post holder will provide professional and clinical supervision of trainees and other staff members and with the support of the Principal Psychologist/Psychotherapist, take part in the recruitment and selection process of other clinical staff.
- The post holder will lead with other senior colleagues in the continuing development of a high quality service that is underpinned by evidence based practiced and cate pathways/packages and NICE guidance and DoH guidance; leading on service development and policy in conjunction with the other psychologists and the Head of CAMH Adolescent Psychological Services (HoS).
- The post holder will work with the Unit Principal Psychotherapist and HoS to ensure that the psychology service is current, evidence based and in line with practice standards, providing day to day occupational therapy clinical leadership, evaluation and monitoring of the service.
Requirements of the Psychologist:
- To be eligible for this role you must be an HCPC registered psychologist, have a relevant qualification and recent experience is essential.
- Must have relevant Neuro and mental health experience
