Sanctuary Personnel presents a fantastic opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our client's dynamic and friendly team either on a full-time or part-time basis. This role offers flexibility to accommodate family commitments and comes with a bonus premium of £2,000, £1,000 upon completion of probation (3 months) and another £1000 at month 13 (T&C's apply).

Working closely with our client's multidisciplinary team, you'll play a vital role in medicines management and providing pharmacy services to both inpatient and outpatient settings. This position particularly suits a community pharmacist keen on expanding their clinical skills. You'll receive full support and encouragement to pursue further training necessary for your role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing exemplary pharmacy services in line with current legislation, clinical requirements, and professional standards.
  • Offering advice and support to consultants, clinicians, and patients while ensuring the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines.
  • Advising on the safe management of medicines across the hospital and its departments, maintaining compliance with legislation and standards.
  • Promoting a patient-focused, multidisciplinary approach to delivering efficient, high-quality healthcare services.

Who We're Looking For:

  • GPHC registration without any restrictions or conditions.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills, with a dedication to excellent patient care.
  • Suitable for both community or hospital-based pharmacists; prior hospital experience not required.
  • Desirable to have at least 1 year of post-graduation experience in either community or hospital settings.
