Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Child Protection Chair to work full-time based in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Child Protection Chair job is £32 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Chair child protection conferences and looked after children reviews
- You will set standards, challenge current practices where appropriate and use your knowledge and experience to raise the quality of service delivery and provide specialist consultation and support to colleagues
Requirements of the Child Protection Chair:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
- Experience within Child Protection
- Experience of chairing meetings is highly desirable
