Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a dedicated Band 7 Perinatal Team Leader to work full-time in Peterborough.
The pay rate for this locum Perinatal Team Leader job is £27.90 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Responsibilities:
To ensure the professional development of the clinical team. To promote the highest professional standards at all times.
To comply with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code of Professional Conduct or appropriate professional body.
To set, implement and monitor high standards of professional conduct for all staff.
Be responsible for the assessing, planning, implementing and evaluation of all patient care using CPA framework and leading staff to provide the highest standards of care.
Ensure there is appropriate input to multi-disciplinary meetings.
Requirements of the Perinatal Team Leader:
To be eligible for this role you must be an HCPC registered psychologist, have a relevant qualification and recent experience is essential.
Experience of multidisciplinary and partnership working in acute and community settings
Ability to travel across the county sometimes at short notice
