Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role, working as a Duty & Review Practitioner. 

Location: Oldham

Pay Rate: £26 per hour (assignment rate)

Contract Type: Locum, 3-month contract

Shift Pattern: Core hours are 09:00 am - 17:00 pm, Monday - Friday, although flexibility around start & finish times is available. E.g., 08:00 am - 18:00 pm, 08:00 am - 16:00 pm, 09:00 am - 18:00 pm etc. Part time considered.

Duties:

  • Working with clients who have been detained in hospital on a section 3 who are entitled to 117 aftercare, which is a statutory duty
  • Reviewing long term care packages and managing changes to the care packages etc and some minor safeguardings

Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:

  • Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
  • Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse
  • NMC Registration
