Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role within the Adults Community Mental Health Team.
Location: Rochdale
Pay Rate: £26 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract Type: Locum, 3-month contract
Shift Pattern: Part Time or Full Time considered. Although this is traditionally a 09:00 am - 17:00 pm role, there is an opportunity for flexibility with working hours within reason, such as 08:00 am - 18:00 pm on 4 days per week, 08:00 am - 16:00 pm, 09:00 am - 18:00 pm etc.
Duties:
- Provide a mental health service to adults of working age who experience moderate to severe mental health problems in the community
- Undertake care coordinator role
- Prepare, record and complete relevant documents and reports to a professional standard
Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse
- NMC Registration
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of severe and enduring mental health problems, including personality disorder
- Extensive knowledge of mental health and social care, including legislation
