Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a Band 5 Community Nurse to fill a full-time role in Manchester. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum Community Nurse job is £19.55 to £29.36 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour depending on shift and is an initial 3-month contract (view to being extended).
Duties:
- Independently visiting and assessing patients in their own homes
- Delivering clinical skills including diabetes management, wound care & palliative care.
Requirements of the Community Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration
- Degree or equivalent in Nursing
- Recent UK Nursing experience
- Community experience
- Required to work 1 weekend per month on average
