Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 5 Community Dietitian to fill a locum full-time or part-time role based in Bedford. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of dietetics and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this Band 5 Community Dietitian job is £19 - £20 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 2-month contract.
Duties of the Band 5 Dietitian:
- Managing a caseload of patients in residential homes, nursing homes, domicilary visits and community clinics.
- Conditions seen will include but not be exclusive to nutrition support, enteral feeding, obesity, diabetes, IBS, COPD and food intolerances
- Report to the Community Team Lead
Requirements of the Band 5 Dietitian:
- Degree or equivalent within Dietetics
- HCPC registered as a Dietitian
- Recent post qualifying community experience working as a Dietitian
