Sanctuary Social Care currently has a locum vacancy based in South West England for an Assistant Director for Improvement and Operations. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work Practice in children's' Services and be registered with the HCPC.
As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive rate of £650 per day (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 6-month contract.
Duties of the Assistant Director:
- An experienced Assistant Director who will play a key role in the operational leadership team. Working to the Director of Operations
- Take on the line management and operational oversight of the following service areas Children in Care, Care Leavers and Fostering
Requirements of the Assistant Director:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's' services
- Someone who will drive forward practice improvements and management oversight across the service
- Extensive and current experience in an operational leadership role in this area
