Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Approved Mental Health Professional to work full-time in Halifax. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Approved Mental Health Professional job is £24.50 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Assist with the running of the daytime duty AMHP service. Qualified you will be working alongside other day times AMHP's dealing with all aspects of Mental Health assessments
- Often working in a high-pressured environment
- To perform at a high standard and work alongside partners within the Mental Health field.
Requirements of the Approved Mental Health Professional:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults' Services
- Must be a good communicator written and verbal as well as a team player.
