We are seeking a skilled Anaesthetic Practitioner - Scrub to join our esteemed Theatres team in a leading private healthcare facility in London. Renowned for its excellence and rated "Outstanding" by the CQC, our facility offers a dynamic and professional environment equipped with cutting-edge technology and equipment.

Our private care facility houses four Operating Theatres catering to a diverse range of surgeries including Robotics, Urology, and Gynaecology. With three state-of-the-art DaVinci Surgical Systems, we boast one of the largest multi-specialty private robotic programmes in the UK. Complemented by 49 patient bedrooms and four Level 3 ICU beds, we provide exceptional treatment across various acute and complex care needs, setting a benchmark in private healthcare.

Successful candidates will join a cohesive and experienced theatre team known for fostering career progression and offering ample support and development opportunities. With 160 beds, 28 ICU beds, and 10 operating theatres, our facility ensures access to the latest healthcare innovations and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate fully as a team member within the theatre suite, contributing across all areas and fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Share knowledge, information, and support colleagues to achieve team objectives.

Requirements:

  • HCPC/NMC Registration

  • Postgraduate experience in Theatres

  • Minimum of 12 months Surgical (scrub) experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
