The postholder will be part of the SLT Acute Network who meet regularly to discuss the latest developments in evidence-based practice, and quality improvement initiatives.
The salary for this permanent Advanced Speech & Language Therapist job is £49,181 - £60,110 per annum.

Shift Pattern:
- Monday – Friday, 37.5 hour per week
- 09:00 am – 17:00 pm
Requirements of the Advanced Speech & Language Therapist:
- Have a proven track record of working in acute care and critical care environments
- Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- Registered member of HCPC
- Significant experience of working within an acute adult hospital setting, including Critical Care
- Evidence of successful completion of tracheostomy competency framework & able to independently manage these patients within a critical care environment
- Evidence of successful completion of Level 3 videofluoroscopy competencies/ MBSIMP
- Competencies in FEES is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
