Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Adults Sensory Social Care Assessor to work full-time in Wandsworth, within the Sensory Services Team.
The pay rate for this locum Social Care Assessor job is £18 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- To carry out basic visual impairment assessment of need and basic Deaf/hard of hearing assessments for residents of Richmond and Wandsworth working within the Sensory Services Team based in Access Service.
