Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award-winning recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Adult Community Dietitian to work up to 30 hours per week, based in Wallington (can be flexible regarding days/times).
The pay rate for this locum Adult Community Dietitian job is £25.00 - £26.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Duties:
- Assess and advise a caseload of new patients referred due to poor nutritional status
- Assist with weight management consultations for adults with a learning disability
- Visit patients in their homes
- Management of patient's requiring oral nutrition support
Requirements of the Adult Community Dietitian:
- Degree or equivalent within Nutrition and Dietetics
- HCPC registered as a Dietitian
- RIO experience
- Gastro experience (IBS/FODMAPS/IBD/Coeliac disease)
- Weight management experience
