Sanctuary Health is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Band 6 Physiotherapists to work full-time in Stafford however you will currently be required to work remotely. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for these locum Physiotherapist jobs are £25.04 per hour (Assignment rate) and are 12 week contracts.
Will need to pick up equipment, but will be remotely working from with long covid clinics.
Duties of the physiotherapists:
- Assessing suitability for Pulmonary Rehabilitation and aligning clients to a suitable platform (digital formats, telephone, self-directed with literature)
- Carrying out pulmonary rehabilitation, personalised goal setting for clients
- Evaluation of Pulmonary Rehabilitation outcomes & data collection for the National Pulmonary Rehab Audit
- Referral to other teams to meet outstanding personalised care needs
- Responding to community clients with a respiratory condition who may be experiencing problems associated with exacerbations or chronic manifestations of their respiratory condition - typically this is assessment of chest secretions & management, breathlessness assessment and management, advice regarding respiratory condition treatment and management, recognition of presentation of co-morbidities and advice & management
- Triage and prioritisation of clients
Requirements of the Physiotherapists:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- At least 2 years post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
