Conducting Forensic assessments, formulations, and treatment plans for prisoners. Collaborating with the Psychology and Interventions team, prisoners, and wider prison community in a multidisciplinary manner. Participation in multidisciplinary meetings and liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Leading, developing, and contributing to new Offending Behaviour Programmes (OBP) while ensuring psychological oversight. Delivering training on managing behaviors, personality disorders, and sharing complex case formulations with relevant teams to aid in prisoner management. The Ideal Candidate: HCPC Registered Forensic Psychologist Experience working in secure settings Knowledge of psychological theory in working with individuals with personality disorders, histories of violence, psychopathic traits, and learning disabilities. Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological assessments. Track record of achieving Key Performance Targets.
