Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking Staff Nurses to join our client's dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a unit where extensive multidisciplinary support is provided to both patients and colleagues alike. You will collaborate with professionals including Ward Managers, Charge Nurses, Doctors, Support Workers, Therapists, Activity Coordinators, and the Senior Management Team.

Located in Willenhall, our client is a 28-bedded hospital comprising three small acute wards. They pride themselves on providing a person-centred approach and therapeutic environment to optimise treatment goals. Their collaborative working ethos ensures clear communication throughout the care pathway, promoting individuals' recovery and facilitating discharge to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care to patients with acute mental health needs
  • Adhering to NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care planning
  • Demonstrating a positive attitude towards change, improvement, and quality enhancement
  • Maintaining excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration (RNLD or RMN)
  • Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice
