With thirty-three beds spread across three wards, including a ten-bedded female NHS Psychiatric Intensive Care, a thirteen-bedded mixed-gender NHS acute service, and a private acute ward, their hospital caters to both men and women. Additionally, they boast a robust Outpatient department and regional conference facilities.

Opened in March 2022, this is an exciting chance to join a dynamic team in a fresh hospital setting amid serene surroundings.

As they strive for excellence, their new Senior Management Team is committed to transforming their hospital from its current Inadequate rating to an 'Outstanding' one. They are seeking dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurses to champion patient care and contribute to their journey towards excellence.

Their shift patterns are as follows:

  • Day shifts: 07:30 am - 20:00 pm.
  • Night shifts: 19:30 pm - 08:00 am.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care.
  • Contribute to the development of new services and care pathways.
  • Support the local implementation of our Nursing Strategy.
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service.

They are seeking Nurses who possess:

  • An active NMC PIN with 12 months post-qualifying experience.
  • Relevant clinical expertise.
  • A positive attitude towards change, improvement, and quality.
  • The ability to employ flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
