Location: Hybrid with 2 days per week from Ipswich office

 

What’s the opportunity?

As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

· Directly influence business outcomes such as time to recruit, recruitment conversion, placement fill rates, candidate churn, user engagement, NPS and App Store reviews

· Work closely with design, engineering, marketing and business stakeholders to deliver on an exciting vision for the product while solving problems for our customers and candidates

· Lay a foundation of continuous discovery to uncover opportunities to deliver solutions that are valuable, viable, feasible and usable

· Regularly participate in user research to develop user empathy and qualitative understanding and share insights with the wider business

· Monitor product metrics to quantitatively measure product success and inform roadmap prioritisation

· Develop an outcome focussed roadmap that aligns with the overall product strategy

· Drive go-to-market and roll-out activities through cross-functional leadership and collaboration

Skills and Experience:

About You

· You’re curious, are constantly asking ‘why’ and have a growth mindset that enables you to always be learning

· You’re a great communicator, able to work closely with technical and non-technical audiences. You can switch between in-the-details discussions to a high-level view depending on your audience

· You’re skilled in communicating your work, process, and product decisions to cross-functional stakeholders, and regularly seek feedback to improve your work

· You’re enthusiastic about developing empathy with our end users, whether customers, candidates or internal stakeholders and are excited to build products that make a real difference in their lives

· You're a leader in agile processes which you demonstrate through gathering requirements, managing an agile backlog, writing user stories and leading team refinement sessions

To excel in this role, you should:

· Have at least 3 years experience working in a technology company as a Product Manager

· Have led a cross-functional team, working closely with design, engineering and business stakeholders to ship products in an agile software development environment

· Have the ability to understand complex processes, you look for opportunities to simplify and to create products that are intuitive and easy to learn

· Be familiar with outcome-driven product development where you’ve focussed on identifying and delivering outcomes over outputs

Nice to have:

· Experience in the healthcare industry

· Experience or knowledge of workforce applications

Salary: Up to £60,000
