Since our inception, Sanctuary International has established key links with many international countries. This allows us to access a global workforce and help meet the demand of UK-based employers.
This includes recruitment and English language hubs overseas, giving us unprecedented access to overseas-trained nurses, allied health professionals, doctors and other healthcare professionals. Our team of international consultants will reach out to our global workforce, to fill any vacancies you may have.
All of our recruits are offered thorough relocation support and pastoral care, to allow for a timely, stress-free arrival to the UK. Our dedicated relocation team will ensure that no stone is unturned in providing your organisation with not only a qualified and compliant workforce, but one that is ready to start work without a lot of the expected stresses of moving abroad.
Nursing provision
Sanctuary International already supply dozens of nurses monthly to various clients throughout the UK.
We only accept applications from IELTS or OET certified candidates which ensures minimal risk in recruitment. We also adhere to the WHO global code of practice for international recruitment. Our typical timeframe to recruit, from CV submission to relocation, is around 12 – 14 weeks.
Allied health provision
We supply occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists and imaging staff (radiographers and sonographers) to a range of clients, and we know what it takes to find clients the very best allied health professionals for their organisations.
We will only work with HCPC registered professionals.
Doctor & GP provision
Safe recruitment is at the heart of everything we do. Before a candidate is presented to our client for consideration, they will undergo screening and be interviewed by our clinical interviewer to assess suitability. We also check documentation thoroughly to ensure its validity.
