Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in Cheltenham, within the Locality Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £41 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- This team works with Children in Care aged 11&25.
- To ensure we are providing permanency planning and supporting stability of placements of children in care as well as supporting their transition out of care.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
- Must understand this area of the business, providing clear management oversight, case supervision and quality assurance.
